Program Business Case: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 along with QuickBooks & Office 365 are crucial software tools and skills used globally in today’s business world. Business Administration has evolved from receptionist and secretaries. Companies want, multifaceted, digitally skilled human resources who can drive business, sales and provide a higher ROI because they can perform several critical business task and not just one.
